Bowling Birthday!

We had Grace's fourth birthday party on November 10th at the bowling alley.  We debated doing a party since we were leaving for Disney the next day (more on that in the next post!), but she has so much fun at all of her friends' parties and the kids are so close so we decided to go for it.  The bowling alley made it so easy.  We didn't have to worry about anything besides bringing the cake and favors.  It was really fun because it was the first time many of the kids had bowled.

 Sweet sisters!

Wonder where Grace gets her silly from?

Cannot believe my baby is four!

And finally...friends have arrived! And then came pizza!

We were so lucky to have Aunt Janet in town visiting Kristen.  She took care of Laura for the whole party and Laura loved every minute of it!

Truly a baby whisperer!

Game's done...time for cake!

My favorite part of these kiddie birthday parties is how excited the kids get to give their presents to the birthday girl or boy.  They simply cannot wait.  It's so cute!

An exhausting but fun day!

Personality abounds

These two little girls have so much personality!

And I love getting pictures with my two beautiful girls!

Fall Fun

Nothing better than playing outside on a crisp fall day!

10 years!

Mark and I toasted to 10 years of marriage on November 2nd.  We celebrated with a fancy dinner at the Canyon Chop House in Old Town.  What a glorious ten years it has been!

Halloween

We went to a Halloween party at Myra and Siena's neighbor's house and then went Trick or Treating with the big group.  What a fun night we had!  Grace did get tired after about 10 houses so we headed home and then made sure to visit a few of our neighbors who would have been quite upset without a visit from the Williams sisters.

Halloween at School

Grace's school doesn't celebrate Halloween but they did have "Career Day" on Halloween so the kids could dress up as what they want to be when they grow up.  When I asked Grace what she wanted to be she quickly said "A teacher!"  No surprise since she plays school all the time.  Not only did she want to be a teacher, she wanted to be Miss Samantha who was her teacher in the 3s room.  I asked the Director for a school t-shirt and we made a Miss Samantha name tag for G (she also took a sheet of name tags so she could transform in to Miss Jenni, Miss Christie, and Miss Joy).  Needless to say, her costume was a huge hit with the teachers and I got a special text from Miss Samantha that night saying that Grace made her day.
