Halloween at the Farm

Our next Halloween event was at the Farm.  The whole family went this time and we met our friends Myra, Dave, and Siena for the festivities.  The Farm has dozens of "doors" for the kids to Trick or Treat at.  It really is a neat event.

 The three amigos!

Sleepy strawberry!  How cute is she?!?

Family shot--too bad L's hat is over her eyes!

What?  I slept through it?  Darn!

Helper

Despite it being blurry--I love this picture.  It totally captures Grace's enthusiasm for helping around the house.  Generally speaking she is always more than ecstatic to help when asked.  She especially likes grabbing her little mop when I've splashed water when washing dishes.  She asks us to call her "Mopper Grace."

Halloween at the Gardens of Spring Creek

We definitely got use out of our Halloween costume this year as we went to many Halloween events.  The first was at the Gardens of Spring Creek with Siena.  It was a fun afternoon with lots of games and activities for the kids. Grace and I went round and round on what she wanted to be for Halloween.  I had bought what I needed to make her an Izzy (from Jake and the Neverland Pirates) costumes but then we happened to find a store in Fort Collins that is the designer of many Halloween costumes that are sold nationally.  We checked out their selection and found a yellow princess dress.  Grace is so obsessed with Belle that we had to get it.  On the way to the Gardens I asked Grace a question and her response was, "You have to call me Belle when I'm in this dress."  Okay.  Duly noted!

Doll

Grace got this awesome package in the mail.  It was from Kristen.  She sent Grace one of her old dolls and the cute wicker chair and table set.  The tablecloth was made by Grandma Williams.  So special!

Jammies

I absolutely adore when Laura wears these jammies.  Grace had them in newborn through 12 months and it's fun to see her little sis in them too.  Notice the tongue out in this pic--it's L's signature look.  So silly!
